About Alison
Alison has worked at Battrick Clark since 2010 and specialises in family law relating to children. She has significant experience in representing children, parents and relatives in care proceedings and is a confident advocate who regularly conducts multi-day hearings in the Family Court. Alison has represented parties in complex cases involving learning disability, mental health difficulties, non-accidental injury, fabricated illness, sexual abuse and female genital mutilation. She has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2008 and is regularly instructed to represent children through their Children’s Guardian.
