About Alice
Alice Rogers is a Legal Director at Burgess Mee Family Law, bringing over a decade of family law experience having trained at JMW Solicitors and then working at Hall Brown Family Law from 2016 before joining Burgess Mee. She specialises in complex financial remedy proceedings on divorce (including multi-jurisdictional asset cases), pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements for high-net-worth individuals, TOLATA disputes, Schedule 1 applications, cohabitation disputes, variation proceedings, and private children matters with international elements. Alice acts for a wide range of clients including business owners, entrepreneurs, sports professionals and bankers, works collaboratively with trust and tax professionals, and was a core team member in the landmark Supreme Court case Sharland v Sharland [2015] UKSC 60; she has also spoken at international trust conferences in Seville and Rome and is named as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in the Chambers UK 2026 High Net Worth guide.
