An exceptional team with deep expertise in complex financial cases
About Burgess Mee Family Law
Burgess Mee is an award-winning boutique family law firm with offices in Clapham and Liverpool Street, acting for UHNW and HNW clients, high-profile individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs. The firm specialises in complex financial remedy work arising from divorce and civil partnership dissolution, private children disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and modern families law — including surrogacy, fertility and adoption. Founded by Peter Burgess and Antonia Mee in 2013, the firm also operates The Happy Co-Parent, a free resource for separated parents, and partners with the Drive Forward Foundation to support care leavers. With four in-house mediators, two collaboratively trained solicitors, and two Resolution Together practitioners, the team of 16 lawyers across three offices is consistently ranked Band 1 for Children Law and Band 2 for Matrimonial Finance HNW by Chambers UK, and Tier 1 by the Legal 500.
