Sandeep is an experienced family mediator running an independent practice in Birmingham. She is passionate about helping families find their own solutions during separation and divorce.

As a child-inclusive mediator, Sandeep is specially trained to include children’s voices in the mediation process where appropriate. This helps parents understand their children’s perspectives and make arrangements that truly work for the whole family.

Sandeep offers mediation in multiple languages including Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, making her services accessible to Birmingham’s diverse communities. She is committed to culturally sensitive practice and understanding the unique needs of each family.
