Smart Family Mediation

Smart Family Mediation is an independent Bristol-based family mediation practice led by Julia Smart, a solicitor-mediator and collaborative lawyer FMC-accredited since 2002. In addition to all-issues family mediation covering finances, property, and child arrangements, the practice offers Special Educational Needs mediation. Julia is a Resolution member, chair of the Bristol Collaborative Pod, and one of the most experienced family mediators in the South West.
